PureHealth announced the acquisition of six clinic facilities from Aspen Clinics, marking a further step in strengthening its community healthcare network across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Upon completion, the clinics will be integrated into SEHA CLINICS, further strengthening PureHealth’s role in advancing Abu Dhabi’s healthcare ecosystem and reinforcing its commitment to accessible, high-quality care across the UAE.

Shaista Asif, Group Chief Executive Officer of PureHealth, said: “This acquisition reflects PureHealth’s long-term commitment to strengthening healthcare delivery across the UAE. By expanding our community-based infrastructure in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, we are enhancing access to care, reinforcing clinical capacity, and supporting a more resilient, integrated healthcare system that delivers meaningful impact for patients and communities.”

The facilities are located in Shakhbout City, Al Wathba, Al Salamat, Abu Samrah, Al Dhahirah, and Um Ghafah, expanding coverage across residential areas and supporting the emirate’s evolving community healthcare needs.

This expansion aligns with PureHealth’s broader growth strategy in the UAE, focused on targeted investment in healthcare infrastructure, strengthening clinical networks, and supporting Abu Dhabi’s vision to advance health outcomes through accessible, integrated, and patient-centric care. The clinics are expected to deliver a range of outpatient and community-based healthcare services, aligned with SEHA CLINICS’ care model and local community requirements.
