Building on last year’s theme, Unlock Your Ambitions, this year’s Remarkable Emirati Women 2025 calls upon every Emirati woman to take the next step - to Unleash Your Impact. It celebrates not only those who have achieved success but those who inspire it in others, transforming ambition into action and empowerment into positive change.

This year’s theme is a tribute to the potential that lives within every Emirati woman - the power to influence, uplift, and shape the world around her. From boardrooms to classrooms, from families to communities, Emirati women are redefining what it means to lead with purpose, compassion, and courage.

The event will also proudly mark the graduation of 62 women from the Emirati Women Chapter’s second cohort - a milestone that reflects their continued journey of growth, leadership, and meaningful contribution to the UAE’s future.
